I found some sites which are providing live streaming of worldcup cricket matches online but you have to subscribe to them. One such service is the willow TV they provide streaming live online matches but subsciption is needed thus a paid service..here is the website: http://www.willow.tv/.
Also http://www.indyablue.indya.com/ is also planning to webcast some selected matches as the ICC website shows that they have rights to telecast the cricket matches.
Other options:
ESPN is providing a flash based live cricket streaming named as Live Off Tube [Live Flash Cricket Centre]. It may not be the actual live cricket but is better than nothing.

If you want to hear the live audio commentry then you can

Sopcast provides live streaming of various channels…. but remember one thing such P2P channels may not be entirely legal..so watch at your own risk.
